Fall comes to Mount Scholz

The colors of fall have filled our yard. It seems that the drought may have given us the pleasure of a beautiful fall. We continue to be dry with only an occasional chance of rain. I'm glad the weekends are nice so that I can enjoy my time with Woody.


On the down side of fall, we will have to break out
the rakes and brown leaf bags. I estimate that
it will take about 75 bags to clean up once all the leaves have fallen.

Election Day

Today is the big election day and I haven't decided if I am going to be depressed or happy. So I thought today would be a good day to start writing in my blog again. I've been neglectful so it's time to start writing again. I need to get my camera out again too. I haven't taken a picture since July.

Since the last entry I have started a new job, lost my husband to a traveling job (he does come home on weekends), and let my weight get out of control. I guess part of getting myself back together will be keeping a better eye into what I do. Am I exercising, eating right or living up to my commitments.

So to put more fun in my life, I'm back to the Blog!!!
