While they were gone I spent my time pulling weeds and trimming bushes. Got so hot that I jumped into our own personal warmspring (haha) which has dropped to 69 degrees with all this sun and baking hot weather we've been having. This has to be the coolest spring on record since Woody and I moved to Atlanta in 94. Where's global warming when you need it?

Memorial Day Weekend 2009
This year Jerry and Rita flew in from Gonzales La. to spend the weekend with Woody and I. They are so easy going. No big entertaining, although Rita did request a trip to Sunday Mass. I was more than happy to provide Woody with time and location of the nearest Catholic Church and sent the three of them off with plenty of hugs.
