Lisa came for a visit this weekend and she and I took a trip to the Atlanta Zoo. I love going to the Zoo and as my own home is somewhat zooish, I fit right in, in this locale. I've wanted to go all summer long as they have opened a new Budgie house. This was without a doubt the best exhibit. Now Panda's are great, but come on .....Budgies? Can it get any better.
Seeing all those budgies flying overhead made me want one of my own again, but this time I can control the urge. I gave away all my bird supplies along with Stinky and Big. I do miss them allot. We had a good day, after the zoo we went to Ikea and had lunch. While it was a brief visit it was really, really nice.
